As our valued customer, in the instance you decide your new outfit isn’t right and you need to return one of your items due to change of mind or incorrect sizing, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your parcel, in exchange for a Natali The Label gift card to the value of your return, valid for 12 months. (Not available for items purchased on sale).

Returns: Terms & Guidelines

• Items must be sent back within 14 business days of receiving your items.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags and labels attached, in its original packaging.
• Items can only be returned back to us for store credit. Store credit is valid for 12 months.
• Items must be full priced. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• We will only accept returned item(s) that have been lodged online using our return portal.
