Ordered something that’s not quite you?

We understand that buying clothing online is convenient for you, however it doesn’t give the chance to try things on. As our valued customer, in the instance you decide your new outfit isn’t right and you need to return one of your items due to change of mind or incorrect sizing, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your parcel, in exchange for a Natali The Label Store Credit to the value of your return, valid for 12 months. (Not available for items purchased on sale).

To Be Eligible For A Return:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within this time frame.
  • Please be careful when trying on items for the first time as we will not accept any items that have deodorant, in-scents or perfume smells, makeup, fake tan stains, pet fur or any marks at all and it will be reshipped back to you once received and inspected.
  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn (not worn for longer than trying the garment/s on), unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
  • We do not accept any returns which are purchased from our SALE or FINAL SALE pages. These garments are final sale items marked down outside of a sitewide sale.
  • Items purchased during flash sale periods are included under this sale policy so please ensure you choose your item(s) carefully.

Return Shipping Costs

Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Natali The Label is not liable for the loss or damage of garments in return transit. We recommend sending the item via a traceable delivery method and that you keep a record of your tracking number. If you are returning an item due to a fault we will reimburse you the cost of return shipping once the item has arrived back to us and been confirmed faulty.

Time frames:

For items within Australia: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your delivery. For items shipped outside of Australia: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once they have been received. We endeavour to process as soon as possible however please allow 5-7 business days at most. Please check tracking to make sure your return has been received prior to contacting our customer care. You will be contacted via email with your gift voucher details to the value of the returned item has been issued. Please check junk mail, sometimes we sneak in there.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges due to our limited collections. As our quantities are small and limited, sometimes by the time we receive returned items for exchange we have sold out of the item.  We will not offer exchanges to avoid disappointment. Once your return is processed in our warehouse your store credit will be issued for you to repurchase a new size, style or colour.

Faulty or Damaged Products:

Natali The Label packages each item with love prior to it being shipped to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that appears faulty, please contact our team at hello@natalithelabel.com You will need to provide a clear photo of the faulty item and return the item within 7 days. We will review and replace the item as soon as possible. If the item is sold out, we can replace the item with another item to the same value (purchase price). If we are unable to replace the item under the circumstances of a faulty garment ONLY we will be happy to provide you with a refund for the price of the item ONLY.  It is the consumers responsibility to check each item prior to wearing or washing for any faults. Garments that have been worn or washed and then later returned will not be issued a refund. Please note there may be slight colour variations in your product due to individual monitor settings. This is not considered a fault. Please be aware it is at the discretion of the company to deem what is or is not a faulty item. Please ensure that the product is unworn, unwashed, and has the tags still attached before returning to us. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty.

Sale Items:

Items purchased from our sale section are FINAL SALE. No returns will be accepted for sale items. Items purchased on sale cannot be returned for refund or exchange. Please choose carefully and refer to our garment specific measurements to ensure the correct size for you. If a sale item is deemed faulty or damaged, we will gladly refund you in full. Any sale items returned will not be returned to sender.

Items purchased during flash sale periods are included under this sale policy so please ensure you choose your item(s) carefully.

Gift Voucher:

Returned items meeting return policy criteria will be issued a gift voucher, valid for 12 months to the value of the returned item. Customers will be issued a gift card for all approved items and will be emailed to the same email address you provide on your order. A gift voucher cannot be used to cover shipping costs.

Accessories:

Please inspect accessories upon purchase. There is no exchange / return available for bags and accessories.

E-Gift Cards:

E-Gift Cards can not be returned
